Summary:
The story concerns Lyra, an orphan living in a fantastical parallel universe in which the dogmatic dictatorship of the Magisterium threatens to dominate the world. When Lyra's friend is kidnapped, she travels to the far North in an attempt to rescue him and rejoin her uncle.

Thoughts:
Actually I find this show kinda boring... Not very fresh, I would say. Very predictable! Dæmons are like so useless! Dæmons are souls that reside outside the body in the form of an animal. (Mine is a raccoon XD) They are only good for accompany, can't really do anything else. The sequel for this show would be shown like during late 2009. Is this crazy or what? LOL!

Alvin and the Chipmunks

Summary:
The story begins when struggling songwriter, Dave Seville gets his world turned upside-down by getting fired by Jett Records then meeting a trio of talking and singing chipmunks formed by Alvin, Simon, and Theodore, who soon become instant stars.

Thoughts:
Yay!~ Loved it!! I love Theodore! He's sooo cute! XD Really nice movie to watch this season.
