Night Walk.

I suggested to Puikwan that we should walking home after work as we have the whole night to ourselves and we do not have work the next day! As you know, I only worked closing shift. Thus, the time I ended at work is usually around 11pm. Then have to include changing out of the uniform, talking/gossiping with the EOS staff. It just gets later and later xD!
So after everything, we walked to the bus stop, still deciding whether to take the bus or walk home. Aww heck the bus. Let's walk! It's only 11.10pm! :) So we walked and talked, and talked and walked. And..... we made a wrong turn at Holiday Inn. Because WE TALKED TOO MUCH! xD Only realized it when we reached somewhere between Havelock and Beo Cresent. So we turned back, walked and made sure we made the right turn at Holiday Inn. Reached Tiong Bahru at 11.50+pm!! Almost 12 midnight! xD
Stopped for a break at 7-11 to buy drinks and also a "Mr Men & Little Miss" capsule ball, just for the fun of it. Hey! I thought we are going to save money?!?!? :X
Aww... They ran out of Pokka Green Tea so I bought Yeo Lemon Barley instead.
Haha! We got Little Miss Chatterbox and Little Miss Sunshine ;)
Chatterbox is mine because I've got Sunshine already! Thanks to Xue Ni :D
Okay okay! Let's get on with our journey. We're only halfway through!! Continued walking... Reached Bukit Merah at 12.20am. And finally the place where Puikwan and I split up to walk our own way home :( Said my byebyes and I began to walk down into Depot Road area. It was really quiet. No cars. No people. I truly enjoyed it :) With the music playing at my left ear, I sang out loud while making my way back home :D
I reached home at 12.40am while Puikwan, 12.43am. 3mins difference only! xD Walking at night is the best! We should do this more often. *thumbs up*

Hurray! Off on monday! :D No work. Yippee!!! Decided to go to the mini job fair at Yew Tee Community Club. Meet Puikwan at 12noon (wasn't late!!! :P) and we took bus97 from her house there to Jurong East Interchange to meet up with Lisa. Then we made our way down to Yew Tee :)
I reached home at 12.40am while Puikwan, 12.43am. 3mins difference only! xD Walking at night is the best! We should do this more often. *thumbs up*

Woah... Looks like there's a lot of people are looking for jobs... We applied for some of the career opportunities there and left the place. Thank you Lisa for printing my resume for me :) Went to Yew Tee Point to look for ATM to withdraw money so that I can buy myself some lunch... T_T! Poor already! While looking for the ATM, we met Rizal, our secondary school classmate! Such coincidence! He brought us to the ATMs :) Since he live near by, he should know where are the ATMs for POSB and UOB. Chatted for awhile and he got to go meet his girlfriend or someone. And we went to KFC to have our lunch :D
He is going into NS soon as well :(

Late post is late :(
Long post is long :(
Xue Ni decided that we should meet earlier to hang out before the main event tonight at 8pm. She also offered to bake cake at her house :D The meeting time was supposed to be 2pm but then... I met her at 3pm+ at Anchorage Cold Storage to get some cake ingredients and also for her to get her lunch.
At Xue Ni's house, while waiting for her to eat finish, I saw this book she borrowed, "用不织布做甜点小小饰物". Using felt cloths to make desserts plushie things xD! So I decided to try it out, with Xue Ni's guidance of course... I don't know to read Chinese :\ I started on a Japanese dessert. Not sure what's the name but there stated as 玉兔.
Drew out the patterns on a piece of paper and cut out the shapes according on felt.
The colours are according to what I want and not the actual colour of the dessert.

After all that sewing and stuffing of cotton.

Then... we can finally start on the cake! Chose the baked cheese cake because it's the easiest and the fastest to do xD! Only 20mins to make and another 30mins to bake in the oven :3 And the recipe is also in Chinese :\

And oops! We were running late! 7pm and we were still at home. I left some of my stuffs at her house, including the cake. Thinking that the concert will not end too late then I can go back to pick up my stuffs and go home. Took a bus to Bukit Merah Interchange and just nice we missed bus16 xD! So we decided to take a taxi to the Singapore Indoor Stadium instead. $$$ :\ And phew, luckily we took the taxi down, if not we are gonna be so late!
Went through the North entrance and walked around before going to find our seats. Oh! We signed up for the SIS Star Pass Membership for freeee and we got a Dragonica poster as well :3 from the IAH booth(?) there.

Found our seats at Section T and began taking pictures before the concert starts. My view wasn't very good as the spotlights are blocking parts of the screens. But then it's alright, there were 3 screens.

When the concert started, the first event was actually the judging of the Cosplay competition. My friend, Aim who cosplayed as a Patapon, won!!! He won $1500 worth of cosplay vouchers from Costasia. Wow... Anyway the lights were switched off and the actual concert began! I'll now stated the songs that were played and whatever happened in order. Hopefully I didn't get it wrong :X

When the lights turned off, the conductor stepped on to the stage.
The part during the MSG performance was playing, the enemy and a cardboard box came up on stage. The enemy even have the alert mode!! xD It was so funny. After the next song was played, it was revealed that the person in the cardboard box was the host of VGL. He came out and shrugged, saying "Well, someone have to do it and I'm short enough." xD
The part where the host picked a person from the audience to come out on stage to complete a stage of Space Invaders in 2mins and he will give the person a Katana game machine(?) that has over 5000 of the old games. The host passed him a shirt to wear that acts like an detector. He himself will be the spaceship and have to move on the stage to control the spaceship movement. Sadly, he didn't manage to win :( But also he gets to walk away with consolation prizes like a copy of the Space Invader game so that he can practice :X
Aww, I really like the black shirt at the far left. It costs $35!! D:
Anyway during the break, everyone was asked to fill up a lucky draw form to win a NDS lite.
A girl named Sandy won it. Lucky.
The composer of the MSG3 opening theme even played his saxophone during this performance.

He also played the Final Fantasy medley and Tetris songs too (not blindfolded) but it was amazing! He plays like a robot O_O
During Chrono Trigger/Cross, the conductor stopped conducting halfway and picked up his guitar to play along too xD
Guitar Hero Competition,
only that the song is not played by the game but by the orchestra and the host's electric guitar.
They played Sweet Emotion(?) at Expert mode with Hyperspeed on.
Player one won! Congrats! xD
After Halo songs, they tricked us by saying the concert is over and left the stage. The audience kept chanting "Encore, encore." They came up the stage again and the host told us that during concerts, the audience would wave lightsticks and stuff. But this is the 21st century, so everyone took out their handphones, NDS and PSP to wave! xD That's why the lights are all in different colours and sizes.
Omg!~ I really love the FF7 One-Winged Angel performance!

Aww, then the VGL concert really came to an end.
The concert was really well done!!! I totally enjoyed it. This is the best video game concert I have been to. $59.50 was well spent! I didn't regret going for it :D However, they will didn't have to play 3 Halo songs... One will be enough. Really. :X

Woke up at around 11am++. Argh! I was late! Said my thanks, gathered my stuff and rushed home to wash up and changed. Thank you Xue Ni for letting me stayover and lending me your clothes for the night! :) Anyway, I was suppose to meet Joshua at 2pm at Khabit. He is going to help repair my cousin's desktop. And I only reached there at 3pm+. Sorry Joshua!!! :( The desktop was a complete mess... The Windows was not activated. So many problems occurred. Like no internet, can't enter into Windows to install and activate the wireless adapter. I have to go there again to reinstall Windows T_T... So far... Thank you Joshua for coming down and trying to help in solving the problem.
