Happy 45th National Day, Singapore!

Yes, it's our nation birthday! But I'm not doing anything to celebrate it (@.@) not even watching the National Day Parade and wearing the colours - red and white. Well, since it's a public hoilday and apparently most of us are free :D We decided to meet up @Great World City McDonald's to start on Moo's present (yes, we always make something as part of the birthday present; be it a message board, photo scrapbook... you get the drift :X)
Well, the meeting time was set @1pm. So I went to watch movie (Sorcerer's Apprentice) with WenJie @11.10am; and after my movie, I made my way down to McDonald's. Audrey was the first one there and we managed to get the table with many seats :D There will be eight of us - Audrey, Joshua, Shuhua, Edmund, ShunAn, XueNi, Puikwan and me; you see. The reason why we chose Great World City's was... hardly anyone goes to there anymore :X So it would be less crowded and we won't get chase out for occupying their tables for too long :D No peak periods~
Soon everyone arrived; excluding Puikwan who was really late :P We really got busy designing, decorating and writing our birthday wishes/messages. The funny thing was no one brought scissors! I had to go up to GV Grand to borrow a pair of scissors from them. Luckily I used to work there so... it was alright and no one had to spend money to buy scissors.

And Puikwan the last one to arrived; was finally here as well! She was wearing her "I♥SG" t-shirt as a sign of celebrating the national day xD With her sitting opposite of anti-Singapore Joshua, I would say Joshua's fun time really starts now :P

XueNi had to leave first for her other appointment. So once she has completed her birthday message to Moo, we don't have a camera person anymore D: Time to bring in the substitutes - ShunAn's camera and mine. But I have forgotten to charge my camera batteries; so it was rendered useless after all.

Lastly, the photos were stuck on the back of our messages and yeah, Mission Completed :D Shuhua was assigned to bring everyone's messages home and to compile it into a birthday message booklet. A really DIY present, indeed.
Of course, I went back to GV Grand to return the pair of scissors and also, waited for WenJie to finish his work; in which he sent me home afterward :) Needless to say, everyone home'd as well :P
