She is Lady Justice/Justitia, Roman Goddess of Justice whose attributes are parallel to Themis, Greek Goddess of divine justice and law.
Her symbols,
Blindfold: to indicate that justice should be meted out objectively, without fear or favor, regardless of the identity, power, or weakness
A set of weighing scales: measures the strengths of a case's support and opposition equally
A double-edged sword: symbolizing the power of Reason and Justice, which may be wielded either for or against any party
She can be found outside courts XD Even outside of the Singapore Supreme Court! Why am I suddenly interested in her? The reason is because she is blindfolded and so pretty!! And I want to know why =) Moreover it is about courts and that's equals to Phoenix Wright NDS Games!~~~ So now you know who is she as well!
