XueNi and I decided to visit the NEWater Visitor Centre for fun and also because we had nothing else to do. And the trip is completely free! :D I did an online booking of the tour and also to check the shuttle bus timing.
12noon @ Tanah Merah MRT control station. That's what we have planned. The shuttle bus will come around 12.15noon. Anyway, we almost missed the shuttle bus! Because we didn't know where is the pick up point is. Good thing that XueNi spotted the bus :)

After the short ride, we have reached the NEWater Visitor Centre! It's a really pretty place, very good place for photoshoot if they allowed :X
Little that we know... we were in a tour with the Xin Min Primary School students!!! D: So sad that the emcee/host/speaker will be speaking in a very childish manner :( Watched a 7mins video, listened to all the children's chattering and then got scoldings from their teachers :\ There's this teacher who is extremely fierce, even I got frightened by her D:

Blehx, the emcee later brought us to the location beside, where the students are made to sit around. Like this:
After he finished explaining, he asked the students to close their eyes while he went to switch on the rainbow lights and told the students that he did magic @_@... & then he invited all the students onto the lighted area to walk about. I don't think it's very fun though :\ But the students seemed very happy!

Next, to the NEWater factory! :D

::2nd Aug 09::
Had totally no plans on today. Same goes to XueNi as well xD So we decided to have random activities at my house instead to chase away the boredom... I didn't know Puikwan was free as well... If not, I would have asked her along too! :(
Woke up at 2pm :X Smsed XueNi that she can come to my house. Went down to Depot Heights "Shopping Mall" to eat western food. But I didn't know that they don't open on Sundays :( Aww~ I have been looking forward to their Fish & Chips... So I went to try out the Hokkien mee there. Didn't like it at all...
After that, we went up to my house and started our activities! I let her watch Dead Fantasy on Youtube :) It was really good! (Will upload the videos here next time!! For the rest who are interested in Dead or Alive and Final Fantasy.) Taught XueNi how to make perler beads craft. She made an onirigi for herself :P Had an anime transfer session. If I don't burn out my animes soon, my HDDs will burst! :( Too many anime series, too little time... XueNi enjoys playing with my lovebirds too! They were really fun. Well, except for Sky. Bad nasty little bird :\
XueNi too brought over all her felt cloths and cotton :D I decided to make Gir, my favourite chara from Invader Zim. With guidance from XueNi, I managed to make the body. She then helped me sew on the hand and legs and I used PVA glue to stick the eyes and stuff on the body. And we are DONE! YippeE!
Glad that it turned out alright :) Looks like a pregnant retarded Gir :X

After completing our activities and taken our dinner, it's already 10pm+ D: Time for XueNi to go home T_T~~ We have to do this often, okay? Next time, I'll invite Puikwan over as well and maybe we'll have a sleepover! :D Oh the yayness~~

Was browsing through deviant art and I saw perler beads crafts. Lots and lots of nice onessss~ So I suddenly have the urge to make them too xD Took out all my different colour beads and started making some :)
The first one I made was an onigiri :3

Using blutack, I stuck it on my NDS cover!
So cute~
Next, I saw Shuhua online so I decided to make one for her as well. I asked her if she wants a red mushroom or a green one. She wanted a green one. So I made it.

Presenting my new hobby... Perler beads. Got influenced by Johnatton!! Thank you for passing me half of your mixed perler beads :) and ahsie for accompanying me to Suntec City to get the rest of the materials. Expensive hobby...
I looked all over the place for this box and finally found it at Plaza Singapura's Daiso :)
Now it looks so pretty with all the different colours!! :D
So ahem... I decided to start on it. I was making a charmander as a test, then I realized... I DO NOT HAVE DARK ORANGE.
So I tried putting orange beads for all of it.
AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE A FAT CHARMANDER! :(
So I destroyed it immediately! :@
I started working on Jackie's requests instead. Her requests are Squirtle, Totodile and Mudkip. I'm going according to their National Pokédex number :D So squirtle is first!
Done :)

By the way, I'm charging her $10 for three pokemons. They are not for free. Sorry! But prices could be negotiated though. It's an expensive hobby!! NEED MONEY FOR BEADS!
