EOY Updates: Headset completed!!

::5th Sept 09::

The continuation and completion of the headset making of EOY Updates: Props #1!!

The Epsilon met up at my house for a prop making session at 1pm. Well, except for XueNi who came around 4pm because she was busy baking tiramisu for her other friends. So we helped ShunAn wrapped his headset strap with blue felt cloth and we also prepared the parts & pieces of our panda and Mr. Bear. Later, we made instant noodles for lunch xD Used 4 packets of my house's instant noodles!

It was too much for me. I almost couldn't finish it :\

While we were eating, XueNi arrived!~ Yay! Finished up the noodles and we continued with the prop making. XueNi was the main cast!! All of us weren't that skilled in sewing D: She helped in the most crucial part of it, which was sewing the covers over the earmuffs and also sewing on the ears of the panda and Mr. Bear. While we did the easiest job of sticking the eyes and mouths, using UHU glue xD 辛苦你了, XueNi!!

We finished up ShunAn's one first, as he was rushing off. Late for his friend's steamboat thing :X Edmund went off with ShunAn as he had to work at 7pm :(

Later, Puikwan had to leave as well. She had to meet her mother xD XueNi stayed on with me to finish up everything and she stayed for dinner too. I helped Puikwan in pasting the strips of black felt cloth for the panda's mouth. And we are done!! Yay!!! The headset props were a success!! They were really well done, indeed.

::6th Sept 09::

Wasn't a very good day for me. Viewing was cancelled as the landlord last minute wasn't free. This was after I have wore on my formal clothes and was ready to go. Luckily, last Friday I got to go to the PropNex place at HDB Hub and learnt how to put up advertisements in websites.

Had totally no mood to switch on my computer so I slacked in front the television with Koko on my shoulder.

After that, I left my house to meet Joshua, WeiLeng, ShuHua and Moo, at IMM for dinner. Reached there... Something happened. I got angry and disappointed with them and left. Took bus197 from Jurong East Interchange and planned to go to Ikea to have my dinner there. On the bus, I called Puikwan to share my troubles. She asked me to go to Vivo City to meet her because she was going to meet GuangHao to pass him back his HDD. So I stopped opposite Bukit Merah Central and took bus855 to Vivo City.

GuangHao was very nice to treat us dinner :D! It was something like a pay back for all the animes that I had given and dramas that Puikwan had given as well. We walked around to look for expensive restaurants (Just Kidding!!). Anyway, we decided on Barcelos; Flame Grilled Chicken.

I won't be going back there anymore. The service was bad. Food was so-so. Ambiance wasn't good as well :\ Later, I apologised to Shuhua, WeiLeng, Joshua and Moo for the stuffs I said and did earlier. So everything went back to normal, I suppose...

Got my contact lens with degree already as well :)

::8th Sept 09::

Watched G-Force (3D) with ShunAn, ZiJian (苏子健筑包青天不回家喻户晓的妈妈生日记是妈妈领蒙古人吃很多饭桶话里你爱的那个天使) and XiMei before work. My work shift ended at 10.30pm but I helped with the Candybar closing so I finished work at 11.45pm. I worked extra for FREEEEE. And the stupid managers, BoonKeat and Sharon, refused to give me cab home. So I just smuggled into the same cab as ShunAn and ZiJian. Hmpt. I don't care!

Took lots of Ben & Jerry's ice cream home! Hurray that the fridge broke down and all 276 ice cream have melted! :D All those were written off as wastage and we, staff, can bring them home!! :D Oh ya!! Uncle Nick gave me another "9" poster, because my brother took mine away D: So... thanks again! :D But I left the poster in the managers' office :( Hopefully it will still be there.

Over-ironed it :( Turned out pretty bad. I have to redo again! WASTE BEADS! Especially all those black perler beads... I have to get more if I want to continue making.

Overslept again... Only this time is I woke up at 7.20am... Was rushing my FYP report the previous night and went to sleep only at 5am. Furthermore, I have not completed it yet! Still left with abstract... Today is the submission date already. Moreover the facilitator sent my draft back only yesterday... And the worse thing, I have to work until 11.50pm yesterday and I reached home at 1am. But I'm glad that I have submitted my report already... :)

Final report with 7,243 words

Furthermore, I almost skipped school today as well... because I was wearing skirt and I have lab. I even bought my labcoat. I must dreaming when I was putting on my clothes. @_@ I overslept again on the MRT~ Until Sembawang.

Luckily the facilitator allowed me to come into the lab.

I thought my luck was changing when I have submitted my report already. But nooooo, met up with Dempster and team. It was raining. No umbrella. Saw my cosplay uniform. One look at the skirt... FAIL ALREADY LAH. FUCK. So small... Cannot wear one. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING AGAIN... *recalls last year EOY* After this... I'm not going to join anymore teams... until they can prove to me that their suppliers will not fuck up their clothes. Went home to try... My fears were confirmed.

The person must have used my waist measurement, instead of the hips measurement... So I have to wear at my waist so the skirt become very very very very short. And it's very tight somemore. Now I have to buy another skirt if Mikuru cannot help at all. :@ Hope my wig is alright... If not, I'm gonna walk out. Can't afford to spend anymore money. Already over budget.
