AFA Updates: Mittens Trouble :\

These few days I have been worrying about my mittens... for AFA! Why, oh why must the character wear mittens and not proper gloves?! And why of all colour, brown?! I went to Daiso to check there for mittens with XueNi the other day. They do not have brown ones! They have black, cream, green and funny orange colour. But no brown!
Got two mittens from Daiso...
Black one is for the using brown felt cloth to cover up plan.
(But I didn't know how to go about doing it :\)
Cream one is for the dyeing plan.
Started with the dyeing plan to dye the cream mittens to brown.
But it failed horribly... Even though I have soaked it for over 24hours :\
The result... yucky grey mittens D:
Went out with Joshua as well for another round of search. Didn't manage to find anything. I've got fed up with it and decided to make one from scratch myself, using brown felt cloth and the patterns I found online.

The mittens I made look pretty weird. But I guess... they are still wearable.
AHH!!~~ HECK! So much for my first handiwork by myself :\
Btw, I realized that I do not like the feeling of felt on my skin... hmm...
And and and, I've collected my AFA wig! :D But still lots of work need to be done...
Like styling and cutting. Help please? Anyone? :X

Oh ya... I'M SO UNLUCKY AT GACHAPON! :\ I didn't get the character keychains I want! :(
