Farewell Rommel/Franzbeth!

It was six months too soon.
Now it's time for Rommel and Franzbeth to return home; to Philippines.
Wrote them letters each, attached a laminated photo,
made a perler bead keychain for them.
Pictures with them on the last day here in Singapore.

So...
On the date of sending them off at the airport, I met up with Edmund and LengShan first at Tiong Bahru MRT station @ 7.30am. And was joined up with Irshad during the MRT journey there... to Changi Airport *points ahead*

When we finally reached the Changi Airport station, we made our way to the shuttle bus stop to ride the shuttle bus to the Budget Terminal. And we arrived there at 8.20am :)

We went in and started looking for Rommel/Franzbeth or any other GV Grand staffs who were here to send them off as well. Heh, found Rommel and Franzbeth already queuing up the counters to get their tickets/check-in.
Their Filipino friends like fellow roommates and workmates - Jamaica and Paul were already there. Soon Brandon and Aaron came along, and followed by Augusta and Faridah.... and lastly Rebecca! Their flight departure is at 10.35am, so we took lots of pictures during this little time we have together with them.

With that, it's really amazing how an hour has gone by so quickly. The clock struck 9.30am and it's time for them to depart through the departure gates. Last good byes were said, last hugs were embraced. The tears accumulated in my eyes; I blinked them away because I don't want him to see me cry. Until he went through the gates, I couldn't hold my tears back anymore. I wept. This has been a long time since I have cried in from of so many people. It was embarrassing but I couldn't stop my tears. All of us stood behind the glass, looking at them passing through the checkpoints.
When I couldn't see him anymore, I received a call. It was from Rommel. Using his final cents of his credit, he called me. He told me not to cry and some other stuff. And those were the last words I heard before the call was disconnected...

Anyway... sad things over and away.
& so, we decided to head over to Terminal 3 to have Popeyes for early lunch :) Edmund, Brandon and Aaron went off first to school. Apparently, Rebecca decided to skip her classes so she came along with us :P

After our wonderful brunch, Faridah, Irshad and Augusta had to part with us :( They have to head back to GV Grand to start work in the afternoon. So the rest of us hung out around Terminal 3 for a wee more; doing stuffs like... COLOURING! xD

Soon our party members continued to decrease in numbers. Jamaica and Paul went off first, leaving us, three girls behind. I didn't really have the mood to go home that early... so having LengShan and Rebecca as accompaniments. Not knowing where to go next, we consulted the MRT map. And we managed to pick a random station on the map! Towards the circle line we went, the Stadium Station!

still have the "How to Train Your Dragon" poster!
Moreover, it's the extremely big type! :D
Although, it seem pretty silly to be doing such stuffs in front of a poster :X
First thing we did was to head over to the shopping centre, Kallang Leisure Park. The three of us loitered around this rather barren shopping centre and finally stopping at the arcade to spend money on some of the games there. Yay for stress relievers! :3

It appears that there's nothing left to do in this shopping outlet. So we went outside to the stadium area and starting taking pictures, using the camera, its timer and a tripod. So let the pictures roll~
