::Sentosa - Beaches and Lights of Spring::

Massive pictures post ahead ♪~
A Sentosa outing planned by Moo. The plan was to visit the Lights of Spring event there; however the event only starts at 7pm. So I suggested the beach part, so we could spent our entire day at Sentosa~ Moo invited Shuhua, Joshua, Audrey and me; I invited Edmund, Puikwan and XueNi; & Puikwan invited Sally. Lol! So amazing! So many groups come together! Bits and pieces of each groups: RP clique, HSS friends and Epsilon! xD
Met up 12noon @ Vivo City to take the monorail to Sentosa. Edmund, Moo, Joshua, XueNi and I went there first. Sally will accompany Puikwan after she ends work. Shuhua and Audrey will come later. Annnndddddd, we alighted at Beach station :P Decided to visit Siloso beach first. We're going to conquer all the beaches! xD
Taken on the monorail~
Halfway through, we got ambushed by the people advertising the new Motorola's Social handphone. This event, "Singapore's First Social Media Photo Mosaic" is sponsored by Singtel as well. Anyway, they wanted us to hold this "I'm Social" frame and a picture will be taken and uploaded to Facebook using the phone. And a group Polaroid shot will be taken in the end :D XueNi and Edmund managed to escape them this round.

Found a lovely spot, far away from the monorail station :X Settled down and started playing(?) Well, XueNi and I didn't really play much, due to our ball phobia xD I took pictures. Blehx, nothing much. Just normal beach activities. Usually I prefer sitting under the shades and look after bags :P Oh! We built a sand hill and named it, "Mt. Siloso". The sign of conquering the beach!!!~ Puikwan, Sally and Audrey soon joined us too :)

As soon as Audrey came, we started to walk to the tram station to take a tram back to the monorail station. I wanted to take a group picture at the giant letters of Siloso! But it began to pour real bad. So the idea was abandoned. Camping at the tram station, Puikwan and I wanted to sing the 下雨 song really badly. But everyone forbid us to do so :( It's a very powerful rain song!! Tested and proven during secondary school days xD

When the tram came, we rushed up the tram and took up the unoccupied places. The rain kept pouring in and the seats were wet. Soon we were all wet as well but not drenched :P Alighted at Beach monorail station. Met up with Shuhua who was nice and dry, waiting under the shelter and bid farewell to Sally who went off first. XueNi and I had a sudden craving for ice cream xD Ate one while waiting for the rain to stop.

Good thing is we didn't have to wait very long for the rain to stop! And soon we were on our way to the next beach, Palawan~ :) Did the usual stuffs there, except with jump shots and tree climbing! :D

& once again, we got ambushed... by the same people who were advertising the social phone Dx Those who didn't got their pictures taken or have escaped earlier, didn't managed to survive this round. Heh, heh, heh. And we've got another Polaroid group shot with everyone now :D Yippee!~

Short Sister Gang of Epsilon~
Before we left for Tanjong beach, we made our way across the suspension bridge of Palawan first to get to supposedly the southern most point of continental Asia.

I think this shot is wonderful :D
Hard time trying to take a perfect group picture.
With the other people trying to cross over, we have to stop time
to time for the other people to pass over.
Up we went the viewing tower. Had to climb multiple flights of stairs again T_T~ Why???~~ We spent some time up there chatting about nonsensical stuff and enjoying the wonderful sea breeze.

But not as high as the one at Chek Jawa :P
We were supposed to conquer Tanjong beach after that. But Shuhua was having cramps, most of us were getting hungry and the skies were getting dark. So we abandoned the quest and didn't gain experience points and rewards. We went to Koufu to refill our potions and recover our health bar.

After that, we headed on for our next quest, using the monorail to Imbiah station, for the Lights of Spring event~ 千灯迎春; THOUSAND LIGHTS WELCOMING SPRING! :D (direct translation FTW) Well, anyway... more and more pictures ahead. We tried our best to view everything, hopefully we didn't left any light sculpture exhibits out.
And also, the search of the twelve zodiac almost killed us! We searched all over for Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse and Goat. But we managed to find them at the end of our journey; which was kinda crazy. Why didn't they just put them altogether??? @.@

This is probably the summary of all the light sculptures.

Free flower looking balloons were given for each slip bought @ $2.
Well, I prefer to refer to them as sperms :)

With that, we have came to the end of our day at Sentosa. Time to head back to Vivo City and our own separate ways home :( It had been extremely fun hanging out with different groups of friends. Hope there will be more of such opportunities~~~♪ Plan, plan, anyone!??!?! :3

And... I didn't know the social phone pictures will be up on the underpasses' walls of Orchard Road!! A really long photo mosaic! I didn't know that the event, "Singapore's First Social Media Photo Mosaic" would use the pictures for that. I thought it was only for Facebook. Anyway, I managed to find my picture, Joshua, Moo, Shuhua and the group picture. But, the photo mosaic looks like it's already been taken down :(
