How did you spend your 09.09.09? :D
I love this kind of dates. They are really special & unique!
Apparently, there were lots of marriages today :\ Due to the number 9, 久久久.
Anyway, a phone call woke me up at 3.30pm. It was an unknown number. I was debating with myself whether to pick it up or go back to sleep. Oh well, heck. So I answered it and glad I did :D Uncle Nick called!! He promised me yesterday to pass me 2 tickets to the special preview of the movie, 9. If his friend did pass him the tickets. And oh yes, his friend did :D!! Uncle Nick asked me to come down to GV Vivo City at 5pm to collect them from him.
Next, I'm stuck with this dilemma of who to bring along D: My brother wasn't free. XueNi has tuition. ShunAn working. Puikwan unable to reply soon because she is working. Anyway, I went to ready to go out. And yay! Puikwan replied my message, saying that she could go after work :D So I went to GV Vivo, collected my tickets, said my thanks and I went home to eat my dinner :) I asked my aunt to purposely prepare dinner early.
It was an invite that admits 2 people in.
Note: Movie 9, 09.09.09, 9pm. ALL 9s!! :D
Meeting Puikwan at 8pm at Lucky Plaza. However both of us were late, because we left the house late xD Was sending her some pictures of the previous meet ups. MSN transferring was slow :\ I missed my bus175 :( Smsed to iris and the next bus175 will be coming in 32mins time :\ So I took bus 195A to Tiong Bahru instead. Waited at Tiong Bahru to board the same bus16 as Puikwan xD I told Puikwan that I would punch her if we had to sit in the first row :X Kidding only!
We alighted at Lucky Plaza and slowly made our way to Shaw Lido by the underpasses. Orchard Road is so messy and crowded as well. But so happy that we managed to find our way there :) It has been a long time since I last been to Shaw Lido. I remembered queuing up for some Neopets artwork there during my secondary school days :\
Yay! We are going to attend a gala!~

We alighted at Lucky Plaza and slowly made our way to Shaw Lido by the underpasses. Orchard Road is so messy and crowded as well. We went to the toilet first... Later Puikwan bought some tapioca chips from the kachang seller at $1.60. We had a hard time trying to find Lido hall 2 because it was not with the rest of the theatres at the first level. It was upstairs!! We quickly went up the escalator. I was rather anxious because I do not want to have bad seats D: Free seating, you know!!! So first come first served! And phew, the theatre wasn't that crowded yet :) We sat at row L-11,12. Apparently their A is their last row, totally different from GV. Btw, Lido hall 2 is their 3D hall as well and... PATRONS WERE ALLOWED TO BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD!!! D: That's like so awesome :X

Anyway the movie was great :D I love all the different characters and their personalities in the movie!! The stitchpunk characters from #1 to 9 were great!!!!! ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

The movie was 1hour30mins long so it was about 10.30pm when it ended. We headed down and we spotted stitchpunk individual decals pasted on the ground! I was indeed really thrilled. I tried to find and take all them. I had to wait until there was no people on the escalator to take a photo of them. Because I wouldn't want to be blocking their way :\ They would have scold and yell at me, if I had done that D: Anyway, we had a hard time trying to find #1 and #9, but we did :) I love the little words on each of the decals :D Here is the compilation of all the stitchpunks.

We went to take bus16 behind Takashimaya to... Great World City~~ Our plan was to surprise ShunAn and ZiJian. Because I knew that they are working the closing shift and the last movie starts at 10.25pm. Haha, but all of them were shocked to see us and of course, more stunned to see Puikwan xD Waited for ShunAn and ZiJian to finish up their closing duties, Puikwan and I ate FREE Ben & Jerry's ice cream and also went to help the floor staffs to change the basement posters. AND THEN WE TOOK CAB HOME WITH SHUNAN AND ZIJIAN AS ILLEGAL PASSENGERS. :X But that wasn't the main motive of finding them, of course. Please don't get us wrong ;)
Koko was really happy to be in the almonds box.
