「中秋节」

明天就是中秋节了！但是我今天要去赏月，拿灯笼和吃月饼！
Argh... no way I'm writing in Chinese anymore... Horrible :\
Went home straight away after work. They actually put me end work at 8.10pm. I went to complain that I wrote on my request to work before 5/6pm. And what did they do? 8.10pm. Idiots. So I told them the latest I could work is until 6.30pm. And thus, I ended work at 6.30pm.
XueNi came to my house to have dinner before we took off for our Mid-Autumn Festival celebration. My mama, aunt, Damien and his two friends came along as well. I only managed to get XueNi to come along with me. The rest weren't free at all :(
So why am I celebrating one day early? Not really much of a big reason. It's just that my mama's off day is Friday :) That's all. So that there will be at least an adult with us. Because we were going up to the Henderson Waves. I don't want to be kidnapped or robbed or sexually assaulted. Anyway, we got our lanterns ready and made our way to the Forest Walk to begin our journey to the Henderson Waves :)
So fun to relive those childhood memories again :)!

The moon was only 97% full, btw.
But it looks full to me :X 3% not much difference, right???
And finally, we reached the Forest Walk. Had to replace the candles in the middle of the journey because they have burnt out! xD

Anyway, it was really soon that we reached the Henderson Waves. Looks like there were other people celebrating their Mid-Autumn Festival on the bridge as well :) Not only us hoh!! We settled at the side and hung our lanterns at the side. And also it's time to EAT MOONCAKE! :X
A security guard person came along to tell us to extinguish the candle flames, in case we accidentally burn down the bridge. It was a really funny thought. We looked back and saw there was a group of Junior College students carrying lanterns as well. So we telltale on them to the security guard :X The security guard stood at the side, pretending to be minding his own business while waiting for them to walk past him. And then he asked them to extinguish their candle flames as well :X Oops.

Hurray! All the tasks had been completed! :) It was a really fun and enjoyable experience. It has been a super long time since I last celebrated Mid-Autumn Festival this way :D
